Ade Ariyani Sari Fajarwati is an academic and researcher with a strong focus on interior design, culture and heritage, and urban art. She currently as a lecturer and Subject Content Specialist at Interior Design Department - Binus University, where she imparts her knowledge on crucial subjects such as teaching Interior Design and Culture, Methodology Design, Furniture Design, Sense of Design, and Thesis supervisor.
Her academic journey began with a bachelor’s degree in interior design from UNS Surakarta, and she further honed her master's degree at the Jakarta Institute of the Arts, delving into Urban Art and Culture. Driven by her passion for culture and heritage preservation, she pursued a doctoral degree in the Faculty of Humanities of Universitas Indonesia, specializing in Cultural Studies. She is an educator, researcher, and prolific writer with numerous international publications and contributions to conferences in her portfolio. Beyond academia, she actively engages in practical projects, focusing on interior design and museum design. Her dedication extends to the community, where she is deeply involved in community development efforts and serves as an organizer within the designers association organization.
