Subject Content Coordinator - Interior Design Fundamental

Yunida Sofiana is a passionate lecture with 20 years’ experience in design education. She has specialization in subject matter in Fundamental Design Subjects. She teaches students from diverse background and supports them on their journey as designer. She has interest in teaching this subject; sense of design, green design, interior design and ergonomic design subject. However her research was differs with multi discipline fields of the sustainability, creativity and design education. She had published academic publications relate to the aspects of sustainable material, human behavior and heritage. She had experiences in small business design (SME’s) and acquainted of developments in the design trends. Travelling and outdoor activities are her hobbies. Currently, she is into drawing and gardening as refreshing activities at home.

  • 1998-1999  M.Des in Design Management, New South Wales University, Sydney, Australia
